我家小人超愛吃優格的,自己做超簡單的!
🥛自製優格:去有機店買優格菌,用一包加在900ml的鮮奶,搖晃均勻後放室溫一天(放在不會被動到的角落)拿起來看看如果還很水就再放個半天,已經像優格一樣濃稠的話就冰箱冷藏(大約5天內吃完)
🍯自製莓果醬:好事多的冷凍綜合莓果,加水蓋過後煮滾(要一直攪拌),再依自己想要的濃稠度加水. 自己吃可以加糖,給小人吃的我沒有加. 冷卻後放到消毒過的玻璃罐冷藏
取一點自製果醬和優格混合攪拌後,加上新鮮水果就是給小人吃的營養點心!自己的加麥片也好愛吃呀!
Homemade Yogurt : You can buy yogurt starter at some organic shops, then just put 1 bag into a 900ml fresh milk, shake it and leave it around 1 day until it is curd. Then just put in frige and finsih no later than 5 days.
Homemade Berry Sauce: You can use the mixed frozen berry from Costco, add some water and stir continuously. Add some sugar for you, for little I did not add sugar. Pour into sterilized glass container and put in frige.
Mix some sauce with yogurt, and put some fresh fruit 🥝🍏It's a healthy treat for little one and you!
